I've started with weights and the trainers and just trying to make more time to get on the bike. Working on getting things wrapped up with our team this year and going for the team next year.

I am alive and kicking and grateful for what I do have. I believe in counting my blessings at this time. Some "hellion" I got tied up with made shit go down and I am waiting for the "dust to settle". (Knock on wood) Maybe a bit too complicated to explain fully right now...
Other than that just fighting a sickness waiting to go back to work, full time at a Hardware Store. I enjoy it. Espeacially living down here in all the Mountainous Terrain. Maybe you could come for a visit and we could go for a ride some time. Looks by the picz ya gottz posted, your pretty good ridah!!! Sweet, so why are you back in Edmonton? Are you staying there long? What are your plans 4 tha winter?
